I lived in Marseille for a year when I was a teenager. Sea, sunshine & … Savory food! My mother always curious to try new things had us on the mediteranean diet right away with the pistou, bouillabaise and ratatouille!
This unorthodox and BBQ version might be different from the original version, so be it. It’s good, easy to make and fills the back yard with precious aromas. What else do we need to be happy? A glass of wine? Granted! Cheers Chef!
Garlic and Lemon Confit Pork Roast

I was thinking of inviting Bob for supper tonight. I made a delicious porc roast, but then I remembered… he dosn’t like porc. So be it, tomorow i’ll make fish, thats more his style. For me, the aroma in the kitchen is so soothing and tempting that I chose not to invite him I’d rather indulge in this “délice”, but his songs will play all night, I love his music…
