Red Pepper Pesto Panini
Nothing beats the simplicity and taste of this little panini!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 panini bread
- A handfull of arugula or spinach
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) of Le Grands Roasted Red Pepper Pesto
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) of mayonaise
- 2 slices of swiss cheese
PREPARATION
- Spread the mayo and the Red Pepper Pesto on the panini
- Add the arugula or spinach
- Add the cheese
- Close the panini and cook in the panini oven until the cheese starts to melt
