Red Pepper Pesto Panini

PANINI AU PESTO AUX POIVRONS ROUGES RÔTIS!

Nothing beats the simplicity and taste of this little panini!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 panini bread
  • A handfull of arugula or spinach
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) of Le Grands Roasted Red Pepper Pesto
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) of mayonaise
  • 2 slices of swiss cheese

PREPARATION

  • Spread the mayo and the Red Pepper Pesto on the panini
  • Add the arugula or spinach
  • Add the cheese
  • Close the panini and cook in the panini oven until the cheese starts to melt
