BBQ Ratatouille
I lived in Marseille for a year when I was a teenager. Sea, sunshine & … Savory food! My mother always curious to try new things had us on the mediteranean diet right away with the pistou, bouillabaise and ratatouille!
This unorthodox and BBQ version might be different from the original version, so be it. It’s good, easy to make and fills the back yard with precious aromas. What else do we need to be happy? A glass of wine? Granted! Cheers Chef!

YES! It is spring, a beautifull day, yet the night will be cool, a little too cool… So a salad with some protein, not much, just enoupgh to replenish after that exausting spinning class…
