A 20 min. marinated chicken with Lemon Confit Aromatic Sauce

A good marinade should give taste quickly because time is of the essence. Right? This simple recipe penetrates in just 20 min.
INGREDIENTS Serves 3-4
- Around 1lb (454g) of chicken thighs or breasts
- 1 minced onion
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp (5 ml) tumeric
- 1 tsp (5 ml) curry
- a pinch of nutmeg
- 2 tbs (15 ml) lemon juice
- 2 tbs (15 ml) Le grand’s Aromatic Lemon Confit Sauce
- Fresh coriander, chopped
PREPARATION
- Mix all the ingredients and add the chicken
- Marinate for 20 min. or more
- Gently heat up the chicken and the marinade in a covered casserole for 10-15 min.
- If by then the chicken starts to burn add a little water from time to time until cooked, around 20 min. total
- Before serving, garnish with coriander
