How to grill your chicken risk-free…

Don’t get me wrong, even though I’m a part time vegetarian, I love meat! The day tofu will taste like steak a lot of us will convert… While we wait for that glorious day, there is a way to grill in a “healthy fashion”.
The best way to cook chicken, if you don’t like the fat, is to boil it first and then to get the taste back in your “almost cooked chicken”. Here’s how.
RECIPE/GUIDELINES
Cook the the chicken thighs in gently boiling water for about 10 min.
In a frying pan, spread a fine layer of dried rosemary
Top with a little sea salt
Heat up until the rosemary starts to release its fragrance, no more… don’t let it burn.
Lay your chicken on top and turn the heat down a little

Turn over once or twice, do not overcook, remove once the chicken is a nice golden color
