Grand Grill Cheese with Red Peppers & Garden Pesto

Les Grands Grillcheeses! Poivron et pesto du Jardin Grill Cheese. Sounds like “kid kind of food” to my ears!
Yet every time I have it I love it and I make a second and a… Third! My take on it isn’t traditional. Eventhough I’m sure I could open a joint on Route 66 and delight many truckers, none of them would realise that they’re woolfing down raw veggies and whole wheat bread… This magic trick was not shown to me by David Copperfield… But it works!

Light, tasty, yet blending better than rice, this is indeed a Superfood! Salad is a natural fit!
