Grand Grill Cheese with Goat cheese and 4 Nuts & Cheese Pesto

When Tatiana and I first started seeing each other we noticed that the second thing we had in common was our love for sophisticated snack food. Not finger food, but real good “quickly done” nutritious and savoury snacks. Time was of the essence!
Now, I will “plug” my products just a tad, but they are really well adapted to snacks because so often snack food has no mystery and too much salt. Our products bring a new dimension of unsuspected savoury combinations to the world of snack food.
RECIPE/GUIDELINES
- 1 slice of country type bread, toasted
- 1 belgian endive chopped
- Enough creamy goat cheese to cover
- 1 green onion to sprinkle
- 1 Tbs or more of Le Grand’s 4 Nuts and Cheese Pesto
- Toast the bread, but not crunchy ! Meanwhile heat up the oven to broil
- Spread the toasted bread with Le Grand’s 4 Nuts and Cheese Pesto
- Add endives, green onion and goat cheese
- Place under the broil just long enough to…
- Melt the cheese, not more!
