Quesadilla with Garden Pesto

While a snow storm was raging and I was busy outside with a shovel, a snowbank and a grin on my face, she was preparing these.
No quantities are required here, good old common sense will get you there.
RECIPE/GUIDELINES
Tortillas
Le Grand Garden Pesto
Provolone sliced very thinly
Fresh tomatoes
Arugula
Chicken or turkey
Heat the pan (medium)
Open the tortilla and spread the garden pesto on both sides
“Stick” the cheese on both sides
On one tortilla put all the ingredients
Cover this with the other one
Heat this slowly and gently
Before flipping over, brush a drop or 2 of oil on the tortilla, to give it a golden tan
Flip! Oh no! You’re too strong! It crashes on the floor and the dog get’s it before you. You flip out!
Life is not always that exciting…
Remove from the pan
Cut in 4 and let it cool for a minute or 2 so that flavors get acquainted
