Well this is day one of my blog! A perfect day to take my first steps in English… Quite intimidating! We could have had all this translated but something of great value would have been lost, -money-! No really, my English is fine for this purpose. I was told that I was an English libertarian, the ultimate freedom!
Who am I ? My name is Bernard Le Grand. Along with a wonderful team, we create and manufacture natural, fresh, raw and vibrant sauces to simplify your daily life.
The idea behind this blog is to answer the question: what do to do with our products besides the obvious pasta and pesto?
I am not a chef, I love to eat in restaurants but not every night because rich food is fantastic for the palate, but does little for your energy level…
I cook everyday simple food for my little family, Tatiana is president of our company (and organizeraholic!) where she does a terrific job, but when it comes to food… Well, you can’t be good at everything!
So I make simple and quick recipes using my sauces, I find it relaxing…
Ok, not always, sometimes I am late, everybody is hungry and cranky so I just throw it together in a few minutes.
We sit down, we eat, we become normal again! Haaa… the power of food…
